Hydraulic & Power Transmission
Used in systems that transfer force using pressurised fluid, like jacks, presses, and heavy machinery.

Built for smooth power transfer, wear control, load handling, and dependable industrial operation.
Hydraulic Oils
Anti-wear hydraulic oils for pumps, valves, presses, injection molding machines, and hydraulic systems.
Gear Oils
Gear oils for reducers, enclosed gear drives, and transmission systems operating under heavy load.
Slideway Oils
Lubricants for machine tool slideways and guideways to reduce stick-slip and support smooth table movement.
Spindle Oils
Low-viscosity oils for high-speed spindles, precision bearings, and circulation systems requiring stable lubrication.

Learn how to select the right hydraulic and gearbox lubricants to achieve smooth power transmission, prevent cavitation, and extend component life.
Key Selection Parameters
To keep high-pressure systems and heavy gears running smoothly, consider these mechanical factors:
-
Viscosity & Viscosity Index (VI) The oil must be thick enough to prevent leakage at high temperatures, but fluid enough to flow at startup. High VI oils maintain stable viscosity across a wide temperature spectrum.
-
Anti-Wear (AW) & Extreme Pressure (EP) Additives AW additives (like ZDDP) protect piston, vane, and gear pumps from wear under high pressure. EP additives are crucial for gearboxes under heavy shock loads to prevent gear tooth scoring.
-
Water Demulsibility The ability of the oil to separate from water contamination. Good demulsibility allows water to settle to the bottom of the reservoir so it can be drained, preventing rust and chemical breakdown.
-
Air Release & Foam Control Fluids must release entrained air bubbles quickly. Trapped air causes "cavitation" (violent collapse of micro-bubbles), which creates loud noise, destroys pump metal, and makes system response sluggish.
